SAKSHAM is a digital learning initiative of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW). This platform has been developed by The National Institute of Health & Family Welfare (NIHFW), New Delhi.

Statement 2 is correct: SAKSHAM has been developed for providing training to all health professionals in the country.
