Position : Tutor Operational Manager

As a Tutor Operational Manager at TutorArc, you will oversee tutor sessions, ensure quality standards, manage scheduling, and streamline overall academic operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational expertise, and in-depth knowledge of educational curriculums.

• Manage and monitor day-to-day tutor sessions.
• Ensure quality teaching standards across all subjects and grades.
• Plan and maintain schedules, timetables, and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor a team of at least 10 tutors.
• Ensure alignment with academic curriculum and student learning outcomes.
• Track tutor performance and provide feedback for improvement.

• Master’s degree in Education or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in academic operations or management.
• Experience in leading a team of at least 10 tutors/staff.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities.

• Experience in online tutoring operations.
• Knowledge of LMS and digital teaching tools.
• Proven record of improving academic delivery quality.
