About the Role
As an HR Manager at TutorArc, you will oversee critical HR functions including payroll management, recruitment, employee engagement, and accounts coordination. This role requires a professional with at least 2 years of HR experience and an MBA qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time.
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Handle HR documentation, employee onboarding, and compliance.
- Assist in accounts-related HR operations and reporting.
- Develop policies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Support management with performance reviews and HR strategies.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR, payroll, recruitment, and related tasks.
- MBA (HR specialization preferred).
- Knowledge of payroll systems, HR policies, and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of accounts and reporting.
