About the Role
As a Content Developer at TutorArc you will design and deliver clear, engaging and curriculum-aligned learning materials for K-12 and college students. Your work will include lesson notes, practice questions, step-by-step solutions, quizzes and short explainer articles that help learners master topics quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and create curriculum-aligned content: notes, worked examples, quizzes and assignments.
- Design concise explanations, visual aids and step-by-step solutions that simplify complex ideas.
- Collaborate with subject experts and instructional designers to maintain accuracy and pedagogical quality.
- Optimize content for web and mobile (SEO basics, headings, short paragraphs, lists).
- Review and revise content based on tutor & student feedback and performance data.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content writing / instructional design / education content.
- Graduation degree (any discipline). Degree in English, Education, Science or Humanities preferred.
- Excellent English writing skills - grammar, clarity and structure.
- Comfort with Google Docs, MS Word, and basic CMS editing.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple topics simultaneously.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Experience with educational platforms or LMS (Moodle, Canvas etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword usage for articles and blog posts.
- Experience creating multimedia content (slides, infographics, short explainer videos).
