POST : Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a female Customer Support Executive with good communication skills. Candidate will be responsible to attend and answers calls, resolve queries, provide online training & handling the WhatsApp & online chat.

Designation: Customer Support Executive
Employment Type: Full Time (Office Worker)
Preferred: Female Candidate Only
Qualification: 10+2 or Graduation

Job Responsibility:
#Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
#Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
#Provide training & demo to the new joining.
#Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
#Following communication guidelines.
#Keep records of issues and note useful information.
#Actively coordinating with team members and the backend team to solve the issue.
