1-2 years of experience in mobile application development on Android

Personally architected and implemented applications available in the mobile marketplace

Understanding of best practices for development of the mobile user experience Understanding of asynchronous client/server interfacing using JSON/XML

Experience in handling the performance and memory of Android App

Experience in C/C++ and Android NDK is a plus. Full understanding of OOP principles

J2EE/Struts 2.x/ Spring/Hibernate /Jquery

1-3 years of experience with above frameworks

JUnit , Mokito , and EasyMock unit tesing frameworks

Experience in struts 2.x and Hibernate is mandatory

1-2 years of experience designing user exp. and interaction design for rich intereactive web or mobile application for the consumer or enterprise

Background in designing innovative User Interface and information architecture with exp. and prototyping for Tablet/mobile based content

Extremely strong hold of design tool like Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver among others like CSS, Javascripts etc.

Approaching schools, institutes and colleges

Making the proposition to the management/concerned department

Arranging the demo and presenting demos

Handling all the documentation work until completion (signing up the contracts)

Maintaining and reporting status on daily basis

Pre and Post visit reporting to the lined manager

Maintain strong after sale relations with the customers
