WBJEE Eligibility Criteria 2025
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has released the official eligibility rules for WBJEE 2025. To apply, students must satisfy conditions related to nationality, age, academic qualification, domicile, and minimum marks.

- Must be an Indian citizen (OCI candidates can also apply under All India quota).
- Must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, and any one among Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application as compulsory subjects.
- Aggregate of 45% (General) or 40% (Reserved categories) in PCM group + pass in English with minimum 30%.
- Minimum age: 17 years on Dec 31, 2025. (Born on or before 31 Dec 2008)
- No upper age limit, except for Marine Engineering where max age is 25 years.

WBJEE 2025 Age Limit
✔️ Minimum age: 17 years on 31 Dec 2025.✔️ No maximum age (except Marine Engineering).
✔️ For Marine Engineering: Upper age 25 years as on 31 Dec 2025.
WBJEE 2025 Academic Qualification
✔️ Must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognized State/Central board.✔️ Physics & Mathematics compulsory + any one among Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Computer Application, Biotechnology.
✔️ Must pass both theory & practical components.
✔️ Students appearing for Class 12 in 2025 are also eligible.
